Reservation Request

Booking request form. 

Our Reservations Department will confirm your booking and availability as soon as possible.  We will not use your credit card until you confirm by return your acceptance and re-confirmation of the reservation. Once this is received from you, your booking is 100% confirmed.  After which, any cancellation will be accepted but a charge of 5% will be retained if cancelled one month from arrival and thereafter the full charge will be retained. 

Unsere Reservierung Abteilung wird Ihre Buchung bestätigen und die Verfügbarkeit so schnell wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir werden nicht mit Ihrer Kreditkarte, bis Sie bestätigen mit Ihrer Rückkehr Akzeptanz und Re-Bestätigung der Reservierung. Sobald diese eingegangen ist von Ihnen, Ihre Buchung ist 100% bestätigt. Nach der jede Stornierung wird akzeptiert, aber eine Gebühr von 5% beibehalten werden, wenn storniert eines Monats nach der Ankunft und danach die volle Gebühr wird beibehalten.
