If you have paid your Management fees for the year you wish to request, you can request for an Allocation Certificate.  This is needed, for you to be able to bank your week or weeks with an exchange company.  You can either write, or fax (+356 21572044) or email (info@cloverapartments) us requesting an Allocation Certificate.  Do not request this certificate if you will be using this Complex for your holiday.  Amanda, our reservations Manageress will, by return, send you an allocation certificate to unable you to bank your unit and week/s with any exchange company of your choice.  This Complex, as you are aware, is affiliated with RCI and as a rule you should use them.  However, we will consider any other company such as www.dialanexchage.com

Accommodation request can only be confirmed provided that the management fees where paid, or a cheque for the amount due is attached to this form.  Please note that you must abide by the maximum occupancy designation of your party.  Children and babies count as full members of your party.
